New to me Pan Pastels, the Color of Fall
Hello! It’s, Joy and I am back today with a fall card. This is my first time ever using Pan Pastels, but I think it may be one of my go to’s. I have a lot to learn, but i really enjoyed playing and mixing the colors, as I only own 5! I stamped in
