Hello and welcome back to my crafty space here on the web! I have recently gotten into bible journaling and traveler’s notebooks. I was super excited to find the Jane Davenport Butterfly Effect Book because it is a blank canvas to make your own art/cover. I broke out all of my stencils from multiple companies and my acrylic paints and went to town. This is very much out of my comfort zone as I typically color other artist’s images and then add my twist in cards. What I am finding is it isn’t the only place that I am becoming complacent and not stepping out of my comfort zone! My bible study habits have slipped considerably, as I used to spend at least an hour a day reading and journaling about my walk with the Lord. Since I tend to be crafty several times a week or more, I invested in the Illustrating bible from Day Spring because it has 3.5 inch margins to journal in. In addition to that purchase I bought a devotional from By The Well 4 God which includes a written devotional to put into my TN, but also ephemera, stamp set, and book marks. I am starting with it tomorrow, so I will let you know what I think. So for today I share the cover…
