Easter is a season filled with meaning, reflection, and celebration—and for paper crafters like us, it’s also a time to let our creativity shine! One of the things I love most about cardmaking for Easter is that it doesn’t have to be strictly traditional or completely playful. Why not have both?

This year, I created a card that beautifully blends faith and fun. I started with the elegant cross from the Some Gave All stamp set to represent the heart of the season. Then I added a touch of whimsy with the cute little chick from the Egg-stra Special set. The result? A heartfelt yet cheerful Easter card that tells a story.
Of course, I couldn’t resist bringing in some Copic coloring to really make that sweet chick pop, and I layered everything over a soft Spring Plaid patterned paper for the perfect finishing touch. The combination of classic and cute creates a simple, meaningful card that still feels fresh and fun.
Whether you’re new to paper crafting or a seasoned stamper, this is a great reminder that Easter cards can honor tradition while still being totally adorable.
