Hello my friends! How’s your July treating you? For me it’s been a balmy, yet snowy climate in my craft room. Today I am sharing some inspiration using the Spellbinders July 2023 Club Kits. Let’s check it out!!
For this card I stamped the Clear Stamp/ Die Club onto white paper and colored it with Copics. Then I die cut out the center and outline to create the focal panel From there I die cut the center again in black and embossed it using the folder from Embossing Club. I repeated this process one more time on a full panel of black and decided to feature the debossed portion for the background. Finally I heat embossed the two greeting and added some bling. What do you think?
The not so small, Small Die Club is just fabulous this month. I love everything about this Christmas tree adorned with poinsettias. I paired it with the 3D Embossing Club in a dark green panel. I think I’m in love with all of this texture!!!
For this one, I used the two sentiments from the Glimmer Hot Foil Club and framed them out using the Postage Edge Squares die set. I think this looks especially nice with the 3D Embossing Folder being inked up in gold too. These clubs really do make it exceptionally easy to create glamourous, but easy cards for the holidays. Here’s a side a view of all the texture…
I just couldn’t help myself and made one more card using the Glimmer Hot Foil club, but I sliced the design in half so that I could let the Embossing Club folder shine through the vellum. Isn’t it cool?
Okay, how can you not love a stocking with a cute gingerbread man? And it has my name on it!! The Large Die Club really has stolen my heart this month. I veered off from the color scheme of the previous cards and thought a pastel palette would be fun. Sometimes you just have to go with a non traditional color scheme for Christmas, you know?
I’m kind of a matchy, matchy kind of girl, so I stuck with the same non traditional colors for this Christmas card featuring the new Wax Seal Club. This club is super hot this month (no pun intended) and is already sold out,. Be sure to subscribe early on the 6th of the month so you don’t miss it in August. I paired it with a cluster of foliage from the Large Die Club which turned out nicely.
