Hi friends! I am often asked if I need a little tea and honey. If you know me, you will understand. But on a serious note, I do drink a ton of tea on the daily! Today I am sharing a Tea and Honey inspired card using some of my favorite Prickley Pear Stamps. You can also watch the Facebook Live if you are interested in the details.
I love this Tea stamp set because it offers seven different tea cups, additional images, and sentiments and has a coordinating die. Now the die is called Coffee Cup but it fits this stamp set perfectly. I chose the takeout cup, mug, and a traditional tea cup for my card today. Let’s take a quick look…
I paired this Tea collage with a stenciled background using Distress Oxides in the colors Rusty Hinge, Fossilized Amber and Squeezed Lemonade to get the honey tones. I think it’s just perfect. I then used Copics to color the cups, and kept them to simple three color blends and coordinated the colors so that they became a collection.
