I grew up having a super mom who went around the entire neighborhood with us trick-or-treating. That was after she made all of our costumes, made candy, and did our school room parties. I bet she kind felt like a Mombie by the end of the night. When I think about all that she did for us, I am overwhelmed and forever thankful. I think Whimsy Stamps captured this feeling of being a Super Mombie very nicely!
I stamped and colored the Mombie image with Copic markers and then worked on my background. I used Distress Oxide inks to create this fun scene and then heat embossed Super Mom in the moon kinda like the the bat signal. I thought Mombie needed a little a little trick-or-treater running toward her, so I embossed the zombie from the Halloween Scream stamp set. To add just a bit more interest to the panel I cut it out with the largest of the A2 Extreme Postage die before mounting it to a cardbase.
