Hello friends! I cannot wait for summer weather and the sweet taste of watermelon! With my eyes on all things sunshine, I just had to create a card with the Watermelon Popsicle digital stamp from Not 2 Shabby! I’m curious are you counting down the days too?
I printed two watermelons without the text, and one with text to create a fun little trio on a slimline card. The Watermelon Popsicle set comes with three different images, two with different sentiments, and one without. I colored these treats up with Copics and cut them out with my Scan n Cut. I thought the fun gingham paper from the January Box of the Month pair perfectly with the Bokeh Love slimline paper pack to create the background. For added interested I die cut the Slimline Connected Rectangles from Whimsy creating a fun geometrical design. My finishing touches were adding twine bows and bling before adhering it to a slimline card base. I think it’s the perfect summer time card!
