Hello friends! I just wanted you to know that some birdie love you! I’m sure someone needed to hear that today. I know I do from time to time. I have a quick Valentine’s Day card to share today that I made for my husband featuring the Fancy Bird Cage stamp set from Not 2 Shabby!
The Bokeh Love patterned paper made creating this card so easy and fun because It lends itself so well to a hanging bird cage. I stamped one of the Fancy Bird Cages with Versamark and embossed it in gold and then stamped the swag and bird in black and embossed in clear onto the patterned paper. In addition I stamped one of the sentiments onto vellum in black and embossed it in clear as well. I then die cut the front panel with an X Stitch Slimline die and matted it with a gold layer before adhering to a black card base. For some added interest gold and red hearts were applied to keep the eye moving.
