The Rabbit Hole Designs July Release Hop

Hello to all of my Rabbit Hole Designs fans! Today is day one of our new release which is a combination of Christmas in July festivities, and good ole summer fun. Along the hop you will find inspiration from the design team featuring Christmoose-Moosemas and Lazy Summer stamp sets and coordinating dies. For me I have a classic Christmas design to share…

For this card I stamped my focal image with Memento ink and colored it with Copics. I then used a dark blue marker and colored in the background to make the Christmoose pop from the page. To create the background I stamped the snowflakes with Versamark and heat embossed with silver powder. To add more interest I splattered white acrylic paint onto it. You will notice I didn’t mask the moose, because in real life snow falls in front of an object as well as behind. Finally I heat embossed the cute sentiment on vellum. Such a fun card to create, oh so snowy for this time of year!
