Bunch of Love

Hi and welcome back! It’s day two of the Joy Clair Designs Blooming in Life New Release and we are still celebrating with a blog hop! Today I am featuring the Bunch of Love digital stamp set. I love coloring this image, and the four sentiments make this perfect for all occasions.

For this beautiful card, I used an embossed panel that received from a swap, but linked it below. The Bunch of Love floral image was a blast to color. I used a range of 6 Copic markers to get that color blend that almost looks like water color. The fun background surrounding the Bunch of Love was created by applying a Copic ink scribbled onto my glass mat and picked up with Copic solution to get the water color feel. You’ll notice the texture in as well, which I created using the blending solution on a piece of burlap and lightly dabbing it.

Tip: If you plan on applying texture, do your background before coloring you main image and let it dry. Drying takes less than 30 seconds since it is alcohol. If the paper is cool to touch it is still wet.
