Hi and welcome back! I am so glad you visited today, because I am thrilled to announce I am joining the Joy Clair Designs team. It is amazing to be surrounded by so many talented folks on the team, and I hope to learn new things from them, and maybe I will inspire them too? But first… We have a fabulous new release for August, and you will see the team feature them throughout the month. First up for me is the digital set called, God Guides which features beautiful sentiments and floral stamps.
What I love about digital stamps is that you can manipulate the size and orientation to whatever you choose. I started this card using Photo Shop Elements with a 4.25in x 5.5in canvas so that my images would be scaled correctly. I layered several of the ginkgo branches from the God Guides stamp set to form the background layer. I did the same for the primary layer and added the scripture sentiment. The focal image was colored with three shades of Copic markers (which I purchase from Scrapbook Pal). Overall, this was a simple card to make but has an elegant impact. I hope this inspires you to make something today!
