Hi and welcome back to MerMay! I am just loving all the mermaids I see swimming by, and just had to make another one today! This beauty is from Stampers Delights and was so much fun to color! Chibi Adel Happy Hour might be a few minutes ahead of me in sharing a drink, but I am right behind her!

To start with I printed the image onto copic friendly paper and colored her up. I then chose turquoise and coral solid papers for matting the image. My next step was to blend Distress Oxide inks in the colors, Mermaid Lagoon, Salty Ocean, and Peacock Feathers through a bubble stencil. I added a few acrylic bubbles and glossy accents to the card for the final bells and whistles.
