Missing You During This Time

Hi and welcome back to my crafty place! Today I am sharing a card that I made for a swap through the Stamp Anniething Stampers Facebook Page. I love participating in these from time to time doing random acts of kindness for recipients I have never met. The admin are super smart for using Elfster, so that the swap is organized and anonymous all in one place. I made two cards for my recipient, one that I wrote in and one for her to give away. I hope to share the second card with you later this week.

Stamp Anniething, was kind to have this cute digital stamp for free on her website, and I couldn’t pass up the chance to color her. I started out by printing the image onto copic friendly paper and cutting it out with my cut n scan. I colored the image with copics which I buy from exclusively from Scrapbook Pal, because they are family owned. For my background I used a Mandala Stencil from Sweet Sentiment and distress oxide inks and then matted it with peacock card stock. For the final bells and whistles I added turquoise sequins and yellow ribbon.
