Today’s design features the adorable Cute Critters from the Savanna Babies stamp set, which paired beautifully with the Birthday Bash and Savanna Neutrals Paper Packs. The combination creates a playful yet perfectly balanced birthday card that feels festive without being overwhelming.

Layered Pattern Play

The foundation of this card starts with the Savanna Neutrals Paper Pack as the card base layer. The soft kraft-inspired tones give warmth and subtle texture, grounding the brighter elements layered on top.

Next comes that cheerful Birthday Bash patterned paper filled with colorful “Happy Birthday” banners. Because the sentiment is already built into the paper design, there was no need to add a stamped greeting. Sometimes less truly is more — and in this case, letting the paper do the talking keeps the design clean and cohesive.

The Star of the Show: Savanna Babies

The giraffe and elephant critters absolutely steal the spotlight!

The giraffe is colored in warm golden browns with soft shading that adds dimension and personality.
The elephant brings in a bold pop of teal, balanced with soft pink inner ears and bright highlights in those oversized eyes.

Their sweet expressions and large glossy eyes give them that irresistible “aww” factor. Both images are fussy cut and popped up for dimension, making them feel like they’re standing right in front of the birthday celebration.
