Tis the season of romance! I’m curious do you celebrate Valentine’s Day or do you celebrate your love everyday? I’m bringing you a card today that’s smokin’ hot and ready to tell her that you love her with the Beautiful Blooms stamp set by Simon Hurley and Spellbinders. This stamp set has so many florals in it that you can use it all year round and for so many occasions, but since love is in the air that ‘s the direction I went with it.
I started this card by using the Columns Embossing folder and inking it in black on red cardstock. Next I stamped the rose out an colored it with single color blends of Copics. I love that Simon put so many hash marks in the stamp so the shading is already built in. Before popping the rose up, I added a bit of silver thread behind it to add a little texture and interest.
