Hello my friends! I’m sharing two cards using some of my favorite Spellbinders products. The focal sentiments are both from the It’s My Party Too Collection from Spellbinders. I wanted to show how versatile this collection is and that it could be mixed and matched with other items from your stash. I hope you like them.
This is a a pretty classic design featuring the Best Day Ever hot foil plate. I foiled this with one of the gold rolls from the Christmas Variety Pack on white cardstock so that it would pop from the black Modern Oval. I thought it would be fun to layer the sentiment over the Sealed Bloom Stems and a wax seal made from the Sealed for Summer Collection. The subtleness of the Tiny Dots embossing folder was the perfect backdrop for this cluster don’t you think?
I added a few gold gems to adorn the card and called it finished. I think it was the perfect touch!!!
I mentioned that the Glimmering Poppin Birthday hot foil plate was from the same collection. I just wanted to show you can use these products in simple and more complex ways. I think these lend themselves well for birthdays, but you can see the top card could easily be an anniversary or wedding card. I paired this sentiment with the Balloons and Banners 3D embossing folder and inked it up with several layers.
