Whew!!! Can you believe July is almost over? I’m still crafting my way through Christmas in July and plan on extending it through August! Today I am sharing three cards using some of the newest release from Pixi Dust Designs. I think you’re gonna love them!!
The Penguin Mug Die is probably my favorite of my three cards because I love the eyes! I also think the mug itself could be used all year round if you change up some of the elements. Hmmm. the possibilities. Per my usual I added texture and dimension using Copics, but you could achieve that easily by inking the edges with a blending brush. I’m all about the options.
The Ugly Vest Die has sooo many options, but I kept this one simple. I added a bit of texture by running it through an embossing folder after die cutting it. I loved pairing it with the fun peppermint candy papers! So cute, right?
Every Ugly Christmas Sweater Party I’ve ever been to has had a photo station, so I think the Xmas Photo Prop die set was a perfect addition to this release. I decided to make the reindeer into an elf, and of course had to have Santa front and center of this Polaroid-ish design.
