Ice Bouquet and Sweater Background Traditional Christmas Design

Hello friends. I am a true fan of traditional Christmas design so I absolutely loved pairing the Ice Bouquet and Sweater Background stamps from Maker Forte for today’s cards. Let me know do you like traditional or non traditional colors for Christmas?

I colored the Ice Bouquet with Copics, using easy blends, and the fussy cut the image to show off that amazing background stamp. I embossed the Sweater Background using Embossing Glue Ink and Snow Flurries Embossing Powder on to Telephone Box cardstock. I matted the embossed panel with gold metallic cardstock and then adhered it to an Old Hickory card base. The simple Happy Holidays sentiment is from the What’s Up Deer? stamp set and was also embossed in white. I added a few gold sequins and white gel pen to add interest, but didn’t think it needed much more.

Copic Coloring:
Skate W 5, 3, 1 E 42, 41 and blade C 8, 6, 4, 3, 1, 0
Bow: R 59, 29, 46, 24
Greens: G 61, 63, 66 and YG 03, 17, 67
Gold: E 23, Y 26, 11
