Maker Forte’s Slimline Layering Menorah

Hello friends! I am so glad that Maker Forte carries beautiful stamps for the Hannukah holiday, because that is something that I don’t have in my stash. Today I am using the Slimline Layering Menorah to create an A2 sized card. I love it when stamp sets work across all sizes of projects. Let me know what you think.

I used the emboss resist for this entire card by stamping my colored inks and then applying Embossing Glue ink over it. I started out by stamping the Menorah base with Embossing Glue ink and embossed it in silver. Just a reminder all of the stamping was done on white smooth cardstock. Next I stamped the flames in both Color Hive Inks in the colors Yellowstone and Red Leicester. I then repeated the stamping with the most solid piece of the flame with the Embossing Glue Ink and applied clear embossing powder to it. The nine sentiments were also embossed with white powder. Finally I blended Muscle Car and Vegas Strip over the panel. To regain the shine and color of your embossing be sure to buff it off with a Maker Forte Microfiber cloth. You can watch the entire process below! Thanks for hanging out with me.
