The November Kit is the largest kit that has been produced yet, and is valued over $95 USD. It is also themed with a railroad setting. While this kit lends itself well to our current Holiday crafting season, it is perfect for all occasion crafting as it comes with a Presents die set and a Train die set. I think Marci and her friends are darling for birthdays, baby showers, holiday cards.. the sky is the limit.
I created this card as a winter scene, but didn’t specify the occasion with a sentiment. I figure I’ll wait and see what I need it for. I colored Marci and her bear with Copic blends. To build my scene I used the Winter Knits background stamp to serve as the sky. I cut the Mountains die using the Starry Night paper pack and think the color added a fun contrast to the sky. Next I die cut the Double Stitched Hill Borders to create the snow banks. I die cut the engine and tracks from the November Kit to finish off the elements. Finally I added a sentiment to the card using the Scalloped Sentiment Label Die set.
