Hello my friends! Are you loving the new Whimsy Stamps release? Wow this month has been jammed packed with so much Halloween goodness. If you love this holiday, you must run to Whimsy! Today’s card features the new Halloween Scarecrow which spans the width of an A2 card. I just love everything about it, especially the little crow sitting on his shoulder!
I decided to start with background by blending Distress Inks to form a sunset sky, From there I stamped the corn stalks from the Sleepy Hollow stamp set in Versafine Clair Nocturn ink. I also stamped the sign which comes with multiple “words” and colored it with Copics. I then die cut the background using the Extreme Postage dies, and adhered the panel onto a black card base. Also in black cardstock I die cut the Halloween Scarecrow twice and stacked them together creating a chip board effect. Super simple right? But oh so fun!
