Serape Inspired Alcohol Ink Background

Happy Cinco de Mayo! I just love this holiday due to the fun bold colors, and the chance to have a cocktail! Lol! I am always drawn to the serape colors and thought I would use that as my inspiration for todays card featuring the Spicy Like That digital stamp from Joy Clair Designs. Let me know if you think I pulled it off!

I used a serape as inspiration for this card creating the background with alcohol inks. While my background dried, I printed the Spicy Like That floral image onto smooth card stock and colored it with an easy blend of Copic markers. To make the sentiment pop I die cut it with a rectangle die and blended a blue dye ink around the border. Be sure to check out the video below for all of the details.
