Hi and welcome back, I’m so glad you could join me today for another fabulous Blue Knight Rubber Stamps project! Today’s cards feature a beautiful silhouette scene using the Seaside Treasure Hunt stamp set.
Let’s take a look…
Both cards were stamped with Memento ink and then blended with Pan Pastels. I used the Day Night Palette for the purple card and then added a little dye ink to darken the edges to get the vignette appearance. For the orange evening sky cared I used the Sunrise/ Sunset palette to get the beautiful hues. Once my blends were complete I placed my panels back into my stamping tool and stamped them with Versafine Clair Nocturne ink and heat embossed them. I love that trick because you get deep crisp images that appear to glow.
You’ll notice I stamped and heat embossed in white, the sentiment on the purple card. I just love how that pops. I’m curious, which card do you like best?
Please join us on the Fans of Blue Knight Rubber stamps Facebook page for more inspiration and to share your makes with us! We love seeing your beautiful projects! You can also find a line up of the other designers on the BKRS blog!
