Hi and welcome back to my crafty space! I am so excited to announce that I have joined the Fairy Hugs Design Team! If you haven’t heard of Fairy Hugs yet, they are a small business based out of Florida that specializes in high quality clear stamps, glitter, and printed papers. I love the intricate details in their stamps and am so happy to share them with you. My first card is very whimsical and covered in fairy dust!

I started this card by stamping the Log image onto the Fairy Scapes Purple
Glow Sphere paper using Versafine Onyx black ink and a Misti Stamping tool. Next I stamped Bluebell Fairy onto the log so that the wings would be illuminated by the moon! The Dancing Mushroom stamps were then stamped in the fore ground to complete the scene! Bronze glitter powder was added to the mushrooms using glossy accents, as was the Lapis glitter powder to the flowers. The Bluebell Fairy’s wings were colored with Spectrum Noir Metallic colored pencils and then Plum glitter powder was applied to add extra sparkle. Distress oxide ink in the color of Dusty Concord was blended around the border to add contrast and depth, and the final step was to add white gel pen doodles to add a little more interest and brightness.

Be sure to the check out the Fairy Hugs Store and the Fairy Hugs Facebook page for more inspiration! The other designers have more fabulous projects to share so please take a look at the Fairy Hugs blog too!
