Hi and welcome back to my crafty place. Those that have followed me for a bit, may get a chuckle out of this. I am back at it. Trying to use a planner. I do this every year at the beginning of January and then August. My favorite time of year is BACK TO SCHOOL! because it is when all the supplies go on sale and I have to have all the things. I have been like this since I was 5 years old. I love shiny new pens, markers, folders, you name it!!! Luckily for me, my Hubs, is a pen geek too and supports this addiction. So back to my planner.. Yes!!! I can decorate them with my prized possessions STAMPS and MARKERS!!!! I chose to do a back to school layout, as I am so enthralled to see how this school season is going to play out during the Corona Pandemic! As of now the 1st day is the 24th of August, but the real question is… home school, synchronous model, in person, or virtual? It wears me out just typing it out. So I made sure that Drink ’30 was planned out for Saturday! Lol. Parents… my heart hurts for you this season!!! No matter what you decide I know there are going to be hardships for everyone. For this planner layout I used a Brutus Monroe stamp set from the Homeroom Glow Kit which is amazing! I hope to take a minute to take a look on the website, because it is jammed pack full of supplies and a fabulous value. I colored most of the images from this 6×8 stamp set with alcohol markers and fussy cut them out. I used washi tape from my stash, as it was right on top of my desk, and called it done I hope this inspires you to break out your planner and get ready for the back to school season.
