Whimsical Flower

Hi and welcome back to my crafty space. Today I have a whimsical card to share featuring the Brutus Monroe, Magical Mouse Inspirational Box that has been released for July! This box is jammed packed with goodies that are great quality and value. I think you’re going to love it, but today is just a teaser, as I’m using the non-dominant images on the stamp set. I think as crafters, we forget that we can make magical creations with the encore, and I hope this inspires you to pull out some of your stamps, or better yet order this box!!!

To start my card I stamped the floral images with Raven Detail ink onto Perfect Blend Alcohol marker paper and then colored the images. I blended Simon Hurley’s Overzealous ink to the bottom to blend the grass, and Clear skies for the well you guessed it, the sky! I added a sunburst die to the background to add whimsy, as with the baker’s twine bow. The layers were mounted on Lagoon card stock, and the base is A2 sized made from Not Your Mama’s Card Stock. Such a fun, but easy card! I hope it inspires you to create today!
