Sunset Poppies

Hi and welcome back to my crafty space. This evening I am sharing a card that I made on a girl’s weekend. We had very limited supplies, but I think this one turned pretty good! I hope you like it!

For this card I started out by taking ink pad to paper in Grape Jelly, Dandelion, and Love Letter and applied the stencil over it. I then lightly misted the panel and ran it through my die cutting machine. I then die cut the lacy poppies( Elizabeth Crafts) with black card stock and adhered them. The sentiment is from an old Martha Stewart set from 2014 and was heat embossed with white EP. A really simple card, but I just love the colors!

Wow I love how dramatic this looks. The colours are so rich and the use of the stencil adds depth. And then the stunning flower is perfect. Thanks for joining us at Time Out x

  2. Gorgeous card, love the contrast of the bright background against the silhouette flowers. Thanks for joining us at Krafty Chicks Challenge.
