Hi there and welcome back to my crafty space! Today I have an awesome anime new release from Stampers Delights. I love this strong girl and the sentiments that accompany her! I think you will love creating with this set for all of your summer adventures.
For this A2 sized card I started out by using Tim Holtz alchohol inks and (by accident) Salty Ocean Distress Oxide Ink reinker on Yupo paper. I was able to move the color using 91% rubbing alcohol. I will admit the distress oxide ink made wonderful swirls and the color separated, but it never dried. After 2 days, I blotted it with a paper towel. I have to admit I always wanted to try it, so I’m not sad that the accident happened. The awesome Adventure image was printed on to smooth card stock and colored with Copic Markers. The sentiment box was inked with Olive Grove Memento ink and blended with makeup brushes. And for the final touches navy blue half backed pearls were added. I think she turned out really cool!
