Hello and welcome back to my crafty space! I have a quick card to share with you today. I wanted to try my hand at water coloring again. I struggle in this department, but they say practice makes perfect. I think it turned out pretty good for the most part. I made this for a special lady that could use some unspoken prayers, if you would join me in that?

I made an A7 card, as I wanted to write quite a bit in the inside. I started out by using my Misti stamping tool and stamping the image and sentiment with Versafine Onyx Black ink onto Canson XL watercolor paper. I chose a very basic wash of colors from my Koi Pocket Field Sketch Box and colored right over the stamping. I was able to do that because Versafine is oil/pigment based and doesn’t run. I trimmed the panel and matted with black and purple card stock before applying to the white base. Super Easy with a nice impact.
