Cupcake Day!

Hi and welcome back to my crafty space! Did you know that there’s an entire day dedicated to Hostess Cupcakes? Leave it up to the folks at Catch The Bug Challenge Blog to keep us up to date! Each and every Wednesday is dedicated to humor us with tidbits of facts and funny celebrations. I can definitely find the time in my week to celebrate cupcakes…. well every day would work too! Take a minute and check out the shop….

For this birthday card I started out by blending Distress Oxide Twisted Citron on to the background as the original paper was white with foil polka dots. I then stamped the large Birthday sentiment from Crafter’s Campanion with Stazon Jet Black ink. The darling chibi image was printed and colored with Copic markers. Later, using a Hero Arts die, I cut the circle and adhered it to the card panel. Once adhered I stamped the Happy with the same ink over the circle die and bacground. For the final bells and whistles I added the sequins.
