Good morning and welcome back to my crafty space. I am sharing with you the Freebie Friday by Bugaboo and he is darling.! This Kidlet Doctor will be available on the site for a week, so run and grab him up. I’m sure you will see many different uses for him over at Catch The Bug Challenge Blog where you could join in on challenges and win more stamps!!!! I decided to use this darling image and make it into a birth announcement. I just love him…
For my card I printed my image from a laser printer as it is Copic Friendly and then colored him up. Besides using Copics, I applied a white gel pen and brown pen for his freckles. The papers I used for this A2 sized are from Authentique, called Swaddle and they were mounted on kraft card stock. The sentiment is a word doc generated sentiment that I made up and die cut using a Spellbinders Hemstitched rectangle die. I added a brown satin ribbon for him to sit on and as extra embellishment a wood chip button tied with twine. For the very last touch I added some brown half-backed pears. I think this came together nicely and hope you enjoyed it too?
