Hello and welcome back to my crafty space. Today I am sharing a card for Scrapper’s Delight for our Thrifty Thursday specials. Each of the images were chosen by the Design Team, so take a moment and check out their pages for more inspiration. I am featuring Crafty Honeys Bundle 1. I chose the Crafty Honey with the glue gun which is one of 4 images in the bundle to make a fun Valentine’s Day card for my husband!
For this card I started with a 6 inch square card which after finishing the card, I realized I put it together upside down. Have you ever done that? So my last step was to cut the panel off and mount it onto a new square card base. Now that you’ve laughed me, I will proceed with my process. I colored my image with copic markers and then added a little sparkle to the glue and her hair ribbon. I used some designer papers to make matted rectangles to develop the design of the card. I also die cut 3 hearts in coordinating solids to make a simple embellishement. I was thankful that a sentiment was included in the bundle too as it pulled the card together nicely!
