Hello!  I have a quick project for your today that I very much enjoyed making.  Although it isn’t snowing, I am longing for Spring and couldn’r resist making a happy card.  I used gelatos to make my background both by using it as water color to get a base and then I blended heavier areas with my fingers.  I think I prefer the latter techique as it takes me back to childhood fingerpainting.  Isn’t awesome as adults we get to call it a technique?  For the flowers I inked the stamps in layers using one color at a time to achieve the  blended colors. I also added a bit of ink via aqua brush to the leaves.    Without further ado…

Products used:  white/purple/lt purple card stock, Faber Castell Gelatos Metallic Grape/Strawberry/Butter Cream, , Memento Ink Dandelion/Grape Jelly/New Sprout/Bamboo leaves, Distress Oxide Ink Picked Raspberry, Versafine Onxy Black Ink, Stampin Up Stamparatus Tool, Wink Of Stella,  Altenew Enchanted Iris Stamp Set, Pink/white Baker’s twine.
